A Plethora Of Personal Tales

It snowed again. What pain in the ass winter. Officially, the Twin Cities received 89.7″ of snow this winter season, which, despite what the calendar says, isn’t quite over yet. We can still get snow.

That April Fool’s snow moved this winter into the 3 spot in the most snowiest winters on record.

The new snow didn’t last long.

For the new snow, we were fortunate enough to have my dad’s car with four wheel drive. Ours was getting repaired.

Our son moved out. And he had to do so with all that new snow.

The road trip to Madison, WI to pick up the remains of my wife’s oldest brother, who died back in February didn’t quite go as planned.

And my nearly 88 year old father has taken ill and is in the hospital.

How was your week?

Best News Of The Last Two Weeks

Fearless loser, the man who lost the popular vote for President twice (still became President after first loss due to the stupid electoral system we have), was impeached twice, totally botched the handling of the pandemic, tried to steal an election, attempted a coup, and did a bunch of other unethical and illegal shit was indicted, arrested, and arraigned. He will be put on trial for 34 felony counts related to his attempt to keep his affair with a porn star secret.

The arraignment gave the world what I think will be a Pulitzer Prize winning photograph.

Actually, it produced two!

This could be a Pulitzer Prize winner.

The court room photo seems the better choice due to it capturing the historical gravity of the situation. However, the perp walk photo is really good compositionally as well as its use of lighting, which makes it the better photo artistically.

This is pretty good, too!

Lock him up! Look him up! Lock him up!
